1-Admission Procedure
Dear Prospective Students!
We are pleased to announce that we are issuing “Invitation Letters for
Study” for academic year already. The Invitation Letter is the major
document to if you are going to study in Ukraine. Invitation Letter looks like as follows.
It contains, a serial number, Student’s passport details and the complete name of the University.
The students who are interested to study in Ukraine universities in academic year
must send their documents’ scans to us now. We’ll issue and deliver the original of
your Invitation letter from your chosen or a recommended university by us within one week using DHL.
SMC is authorized to enroll students from all over the world, and licensed, Ukraine to deal with all Ukrainian Universities.
Following are the basic steps to get admission in universities of Ukraine: NO need of EXAMS like TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, JAMB, NABTEB, SAT, IJMB.

You bring you complete tuition fee package advised
You must have some money for your personal keep up at least for a couple of months (300USD in enough)
IMPORTANT!!!
If you come in after October , make sure you wear warm clothes and shoes, and bring them as well.
Bring all your documents returned from Ukraine embassy with your visa, and do not
forget them anywhere at your home or departure airport of your country.
You must bring one year’s valid air ticket with open return date
Do not forget to inform team about your arrival at
least 4-5 days prior to your arrival. Better if you scan your air ticket and visa so
our representative welcomes you at Ukraine’s airport. Airport immigration in Ukraine
can deport students just like that, if nobody is present officially to pick the student.
2-Requirement
In order to receive “Invitation to Study” the student should provide the good quality SCANS of following documents
International Passport (Traveling document) data page with photograph on it. Full Name
of student and Serial Number of Passport should be clearly VISIBLE. The validity of Passport not less than next 1 year
Educational Documents (O level/ SSCE/ HSSC, Bachelor or Master Degree if available)
Application Form filled in capital letters (click here to download Application Form )
The E-mail with scans of above mentioned documents should contain following information respectively
Name, Middle name and Surname
Nationality
Date & place of birth
Sex
Passport number
Passport validity (date of issue & expiry)
Permanent address
Temporary address/ Current address (if different form permanent address)

We advise you to arrive Odessa (IATA CODE-ODS) or Kiev(Boryspil – IATA CODE-KBP) International airports
Our representative will meet you at airport and making all possible arrangements
to clear your immigration, and transporting you to destination
Please note that you should ask our representative to show his ID,
Consultancy advice you before your travel and mentioned all details in NOC letter
of SMC before going with him, it is to avoid any security risk
We inform you that Ukrainiain Airport authorities do not allow students to enter
Ukrainian territory if not informed of his/ her arrival
Kindly scan your Air Ticket at least a week prior to your arrival, so we complete
arrival arrangements and inform Airport authorities about your arrival time and flight number in time
Turkish Airlines, Emirates Airlines, Lufhtansa, KLM, Austrian Airline, Aeroflot,
Air France and many other Airlines are accessing these airports several times a day

5-Transfer Students
STUDENTS FROM DONETSK AND LUGANSK TO GET FAST MIGRATION
Students with transfer credit who apply for Study in Ukraine must submit the following upon arrival as original:
Official academic transcripts from previously attended colleges and universities.
School Certificates
International Passport (traveling document)
These documents are submitted into Ministry of Education, Ukraine for Certification,
to Calculate the Academic Difference, and the Credit hours. If Ministry of Education
finds the previous qualification equal to Ukrainian syllabus and curricula, the student
receives approval certificate to join desired year successfully, otherwise the candidate
must follow to the recommendations set by Ministry of Education.
1 Applicants should scan their transcripts by email and must produce originals attested
by Foreign Ministry of their country and legalized by Embassy of Ukraine. Universities
in Ukraine accept qualified transfer students from other universities. Universities in
Ukraine operate on semester system. Admission is based on student’s overall academic record.
Some programmes are very competitive and the requirements for consideration will likely be higher.

6-Russian/Ukrainian Medium Programs
To decrease the cost of Study to the minimum, we offer students to enroll into
intensive Russian/ Ukrainian language program (Preparatory Faculty).
On completion the student is eligible to continue his/her Major program in in any
University in Ukraine & Ex-USSR States, at Bachelor(Undergraduate), Masters(PG) or Ph.D level.

On successful passing the examination of Preparatory course, the student receives the
